Exchange & Return Policy

At Beyond Raze, we aim to deliver high-quality gym and activewear products and a smooth shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, our exchange and return process is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Have its original tags and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice

3Valid Reasons for Exchange or Return

We accept exchange or return requests in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong product, size, or color
  • The product has a manufacturing fault

4Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, stains, odor, damage, or alteration

5Sale & Discounted Items

  • Sale or discounted items are considered final sale
  • No return or refund is offered on sale items
  • An exchange is only possible if the item is defective or incorrectly delivered

6How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
  3. Provide clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Wait for approval before sending the product back.
Prior approval is required

Requests or products sent without prior approval may be rejected.

7Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs of Rs. 350, except where the item is defective or incorrectly delivered
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
  • We recommend using a traceable courier service
  • The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and inspected by our warehouse

If the error is from our side, such as a wrong or defective item, return shipping may be covered by Beyond Raze.

8Exchange Process

Exchanges are handled through the following clear and simple process:

Stock Availability Check

All exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size, color, or product.

Select an Exchange Option

You may choose to exchange your item for:

  • The same product in a different size or color
  • Another product of equal value

Return & Inspection

Once approved, the original item must be returned in unused condition with its tags and packaging. Our team will inspect the item upon arrival before processing the exchange.

Dispatch of Replacement

After a successful inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched to you.

Unavailable Exchange Item

If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose one of the following alternatives:

  • Store credit
  • A similar product of equal value
  • A refund, only if an exchange is not possible and your case qualifies under this policy
Fair usage policy

To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to limit repeated exchange requests on the same order or account to prevent misuse of this policy.

9Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A defective item cannot be replaced
  • A wrong item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable
  • The return request has been reviewed and approved by our team

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • JazzCash or Easypaisa
  • The original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2–3 working days after receiving the product
  • Refund processing: 5–10 working days after approval
  • Additional bank or payment-provider processing time may vary

10Important Notes

  • Color variations caused by screen settings, photography, or lighting differences are not considered defects
  • A wrong size ordered by the customer is not eligible for a refund, but an exchange may be available if all policy conditions are met
  • Items sent without their original tags or packaging may be rejected
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy
  • A maximum of 2 exchanges will be provided per order, excluding sale orders
  • No refund will be provided for any price difference when exchanging an item with a sale item
