Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,999

• Flat fee of PKR 250 on orders below PKR 5,999

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed the same business day

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on national holidays are processed the next working day

• Order processing may take up to 1–2 business days

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 4–7 working days

• During sales, promotions, or peak seasons: up to 7–8 working days

Delivery Details

• Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout (home or office)

• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses

• A signature may be required upon delivery

• Courier will attempt delivery up to two times

• Unsuccessful deliveries may result in order cancellation

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide

• Beyond Raze reserves the right to process COD orders without phone verification for verified customers or during high-volume periods (sales, launches, promotions)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing:

• Your order number

• Your tracking number

You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal. Please keep your order confirmation and invoice for reference.
