Our standard delivery time is 4–5 working days across Pakistan.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your city and courier service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • The courier company name

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online payments via debit/credit cards - coming soon

A PDF invoice is issued after your order is placed.

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not part of any sale or promotion

Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch. Please contact us via WhatsApp, email, or social media to request cancellation.

Orders may also be canceled by us due to:

  • Fake or incomplete customer information
  • Unverified or unpaid online payments
