1Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Order Status Before Dispatch

Once your cancellation request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation message from our team.

2Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

An order cannot be cancelled if:

  • It has already been dispatched
  • It is a customized or made-to-order product
  • It is part of a special sale or clearance offer

3Brand-Initiated Cancellations

Beyond Raze reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The ordered item is out of stock
  • Incorrect, fake, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information has been provided
  • The customer is unreachable for order confirmation
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
If an order is cancelled by Beyond Raze, the customer will be informed through the email address or phone number provided with the order.

4Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is required because no advance payment was collected
  • Any applicable transaction, payment gateway, or processing charges may be non-refundable
